Join me for a relaxed retreat where you can slow down, centre yourself, and simply be. Enjoy both energising and relaxing yoga sessions, along with breathwork and guided meditation to help you unwind and reset.
No experience is necessary; just bring a willingness to move, breathe, and be - in rhythm with your body and nature.
The programme is simple and is designed to help you feel balanced, reconnected and centred.
Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded—and I’d love for you to experience that too.
Everything is optional and all you need to do is decide the flow of the days that works for you.
The classes are for all levels, people new to retreats and yoga are welcome. Please be mindful that if you are an experienced yogi wanting a challenge then this may not be the retreat for you.

Accommodation
There are a variety of sleeping options including shared, single and ensuite rooms, as well as your own tent or camper.
